Austin Sun Kings maintains appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your service contract, or as required by applicable law.
11. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
